This product is easy to assemble. It’s pretty heavy to move to the spot you want it, but once it’s there, it’s very easy to pull down and stow up. I had issues with fed ex delivering but my neighbors were having the same issues with fed ex. I reached out to the company and they were willing to resend the product if I didn’t receive it by a certain date. The company has excellent customer service.When using the treadmill, it is very easy to use which I love. The only issue was that my foot hit the back cover over the bottom of it and pieces fell off causing it to come loose. I’m sure that’s not covered in the warranty but the product still works and I have no issues with it as the actual treadmill itself didn’t break.I recommend this product.I read reviews for all of the highest rated under desk treadmills and they all had their flaws so I went with this one. It’s been working great so far. I am able to walk and work no problem. It’s relatively quiet and since I use a headset (cheap one from Amazon too) I can even walk while in meetings and no one can hear it. The beeping sound to turn it on or change speed is super loud but as long as I’m on mute it’s not a problem. It really has made me love working from home again and saved my back and hips. I probably walk 3 hours of my 8 hour work day (not consecutively). Energy has improved and all of my aches and pains have gone away. Definitely recommend it!The motor on mine went out from 2 days of use (approximately an hour each day). When I tried to request a refund, I was notified that I have to pay for return postage and would need to package it up and pay for return postage.I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me a replacement part for my broken treadmill and a new treadmill as well. While I give the customer service a 5/5, I think the quality of the treadmill might not be the best.The treadmill is awesome, it's quiet enough, easy to operate, and with just the right size for home. Unfortunately it arrived with a cosmetic shipping damage on a side bar. Bifanuo's customer service handled the matter with utmost professionalism, and promptly sent me two replacement bars - one for each side, and they offered to provide instructional videos on how to replace the parts as well as a 6 month warranty. They also reached out to me proactively to make sure I'm not disappointed in anyway. I definitely recommend this treadmill and the company that sells it, they really care about their product and customers!After receiving treadmill that didn’t work, I was frustrated there was no customer service number to call, however, there was an email address to which the seller did respond and quickly addressed the issue As there was an unrepairable error, they sent me a second treadmill which arrived quickly in working order. Five stars for customer service but four star overall due to first one being inoperable and inconvenience of having to discard it.Item arrived on time. Is convenient to set up. Literally plug and play. Instructions on manual are clear and concise. This treadmill DOES require oiling, just fyi, but it is clear on how to oil it and it’s easy to do.My first order arrived damaged. The screen on the treadmill had a dent. The platform also made cracking noises. I contacted the seller and showed them the issues. They responded promptly and resolved the issues with no problems. The item is covered under warranty and the seller is truthful and honest about it- a great trait.This is a great treadmill for small apartments; it has fit nicely in two different apartments we’ve lived in since buying this treadmill. It was also easy to move from one apartment to the next because it’s compact and not too heavy. I’ve enjoyed using it during my work day and on days when it’s too cold or rainy to get out! When I needed help with the machine the customer service team was helpful, kind, and efficient which I really appreciated. I will continue recommending this treadmill to friends!
